Archery, Art, & Øl

04/23/2013

This past weekend, we went on a field trip over the East Bay hills for archery, art, and a little bit of the Øl.

The archery adventure was longer than usual, at the Briones Regional Park range and course. Lots of hiking involved in that one, as the course is nowhere near the parking lot. After several hours outside, we headed to Walnut Creek to catch the Bedford Gallery‘s Peaceable Kingdom exhibition. JC has a full post with photos of that show, which was well worth the extra trip.

After that, we enjoyed pizza and delicious beer at the Øl Beercafe—a well-deserved rest and reward for all of the walking.

Here are some photos from our backwoods wanderings.
